Mr. Kui Tiefu was born in February 1970 in Jilin City, Jilin Province. He has dedicated his career to hospital administration since 1993 and currently serves as the Vice President of Peking University Cancer Hospital and Vice Chair of the Healthcare Group of the Beijing Experts Association. Mr. Kui possesses a comprehensive academic background in both medicine and management, having earned a Bachelor of Medicine from Beijing Medical University (now Peking University Health Science Center) in 1993, a Master of Public Administration from Renmin University of China in 2002, and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from La Trobe University, Australia, in 2005.
