北京大学医学部生化与分子生物学专业博士毕业(2002)，北京大学肿瘤医院暨北京市肿瘤防治研究所副研究员、实验动物室主任。2006年入选北京市科技新星计划。以第一作者先后在《Plos ONE》、《BBA-grm》、《BMC Cancer》、《DNA and CELL》等期刊发表论著。获得2项发明专利授权。

主要研究方向、成就

从事肿瘤和免疫调节相关基因的表达调控，可变剪接体的克隆与剪接调控机制研究，探讨其对肿瘤细胞和免疫细胞免疫调节功能的影响。克隆获得了干扰素调节因子3多种新的可变剪接体，部分明确了新的可变剪接体的功能和剪接调控机制。制备了Latexin的单克隆抗体，并证明Latexin基因发挥了抑癌基因的功能。建立了克隆差别表达基因的新技术，克隆得到大蒜提取物二烯丙基三硫化物诱导人胃癌细胞差别表达的新基因。
